Abstract:
To provide a laser beam machining method for welding or soldering a land part of a bar-shaped projecting part and a laser beam machining device for the method.
Laser beam emitted from an optical fiber connector 11 and collimated by a pair of collimation lenses 12 is made incident to a pair of conical prisms 13a, 13b and then is converted into ring-shaped laser beam. The ring-shaped laser beam is made incident on a pair of converging lenses 16 through a reflection mirror 14 and a half mirror 15 and then is converged to irradiate an working object. The ring-shaped laser beam irradiates the circumference of the projecting part of the working object.
