Abstract:
To provide a light-irradiating device having proper heat radiating properties.
This light-irradiating device 68 having a proper heat-radiating property is provided with a plurality of electrically isolated conducting paths 51, an optical semiconductor element 65 fixed firmly on a desired conducting path 51, and an insulating resin 67 which covers the element 65, and it integrally supports the conducting paths 51, and serves as a light-transmitting lens. This device 68 is also provided with a reflector 63, that can reflect light to the upper surface of the resin 67.
