Abstract:
To provide a light irradiation device capable of sufficiently photo-curing a predetermined material by a simple configuration even when a light source is constituted by an LED element.SOLUTION: The light irradiation device of the present invention irradiates a workpiece conveyed in a predetermined first direction with light, and the light irradiation device includes: a first light source part comprising a plurality of first ultraviolet LED elements arranged on a plane; and a second light source part at a position adjoining to the first light source part in the first direction, comprising a plurality of second ultraviolet LED elements arranged on a plane. The plurality of first ultraviolet LED elements and the plurality of second ultraviolet LED elements have the same main emission wavelength when lit under the same conditions, while temperature characteristics of the first light source part are different from temperature characteristics of the second light source part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
