PURPOSE: Titled tape or sheet having both light-scattering properties and adhesiveness and being useful in digital watches and suitable for the mass production, prepared by coating a light-reflective surface of a substrate with a mixture containing fine powders of an acrylic adhesive and a silicone adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: Titled adhesive tape or sheet is obtained by coating the surface of a light-reflective substrate which is a metallic foil or a foil lined with a synthetic resin film, with a mixture containing 1pt.wt. of fine particles of an acrylic adhesive having a median diameter of 3W50μ, and 0.1W3pts.wt. of a silicone adhesive. The fine particles of the acrylic adhesive is easily obtained by polymerizing in an aqueous dispersion system, an acrylate ester monomer such as α-ethylhexyl acrylate or butyl acrylate.
