Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shading cup of paper which is hygienic, appears nice, and enhances the commercial value, relating to a type which permits a metal detector to be used, by preventing India ink for shading light from appearing, for example, on the ends on the barrel, being a splice of the inner surface of a cup bland, and by making up for a lack of hiding power of milky polyethylene in hiding the layer of India ink.
SOLUTION: Cardboard base paper 12 which forms a base paper for light- shading cup by being laminated on the internal side with a layer of India ink 10 and a layer of white polyethylene 14 in this order is formed into the base paper of light-shading paper cup with a printing pattern 20 in which the layer of India ink 10 has an unprinted part 22 of specific breadth along the edges of the cup blank 2. The layer of India ink 10 is a mixture with a white ink, etc. The base paper of light-shading paper cup with the printing pattern 20 covered with the film of white polyethylene 14 is formed into the light-shading paper cup 1.
