Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the component cost and assembly cost of the light source unit.
SOLUTION: An assembling process for covering the cylinder part 2b of a laser holder 2 holding a semiconductor laser 1 with a lens holder 5 holding a collimator lens 6 and adhering it is automatically performed by an automatic assembling device. The lens holder 5 has an annular grip part 5c which has oriflam surface 5d outside a collimator lens holding part 5b and this is gripped by a lens holder jig of the automatic assembling device to perform the said assembling process.
