To provide a lightening current supervisory control system for conducting preferable measurement and control even when lightening current is measured by improving noise resistance of both a lightening measurement device and a drive control device.

The lightening current supervisory control system is provided with the lightening measurement device 14 for calculating and registering measurement data and outputting a contact signal as induced current output from a Logowski coil 15 is input and the drive control device 11 for receiving the contact signal from the lightening measurement device 14 and outputting a drive control signal and a driving device 80 for receiving the drive control signal from the drive control device 11 and drive-controlling a wind powered generation facility. In the case that the contact signal from the lightening measurement device 14 is input, the drive control device 11 preferentially conducts a rotation stop control of rotation blades of the wind powered generation facility for the driving device 80.
