To provide a lighting device furnished with visual effect as a revolving lantern not damaging its original function as well as with effect of enjoying fragrance by volatile perfume.

The device is composed of a light source 2, an umbrella part 3 for covering the light source 2, and a support part 4 supporting the top of the umbrella part 3 in point contact at the top of the light source 2 to enabler it to turn. An exhaust opening 5 is arranged at the side of the umbrella part 3 in a spiral form from the top, and the support part is equipped above the light source 2 with a container 7 containing volatile perfume 6. As air 9 warmed by the light source 2 is discharged from the exhaust openings 5 arranged in a spiral form on the side face of the umbrella part 3, the umbrella part can be rotated without a blade part 13 a conventional umbrella part 13 used to need, and at same time, volatilized perfume 6 is diffused and jetted out from the exhaust openings. A lighting device to match the taste of an individual is realized by enabling to easily changing the umbrella part 3 and the volatile perfume 6.
