A lighting device includes a light-emitting module, a reflector arranged in a light emitting direction of a light-emitting part of the light-emitting module and having a light incident opening where light of the light-emitting module is incident, a light emitting opening for emitting the light incident from the light-emitting module to the outside, and a reflecting side face for reflecting a part of the light entered from the light incident opening to the light emitting opening, and the optical member mounted at a location including a passing zone of the remainder of light entered from the light incident opening as an inner side of the reflector and radiating light to the light emitting opening while at least a part of the light entered into the passing zone is intercepted or characteristics of the light are changed.
