PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenient property of a lighting system so that a lighting system capable of switching the lighting state of a lighting load with a remote control device, a pull switch, and a switch is used in common with a lighting system for lighting with a remote control device or a pull switch.
SOLUTION: A lighting system 15 is connected to a commercial power source 3 through a switch 1, and within the device 15, an instantaneous breaking detecting means 18 attendant on instantaneous switching of the switch 1 is connected to the switch 1, and in addition connected to an inverter circuit 19 serving as a lighting circuit. The inverter circuit 19 energizes a fluorescent lamp 12. A control means 20 for control the output of the circuit 19 is arranged within the circuit 19, and lights fully, lights moderately, lights as an all-night light, or puts off a lamp 12 sequentially according to the output signal of a remote control device 17 by the output of the detecting means 18 or the operation of an operator. A control inhibiting means 21 of the means 20, which receives a specific signal from the device 17 and detects it with means 18 is arranged within the circuit 19. The specific signal is sent to a light receiving part of a luminaire with the device 17 to prevent accidental lighting.
