Abstract:
To provide a linear carrier device capable of preventing a plurality of shuttles from coming into contact with each other, with a simple control processing.SOLUTION: According to a linear carrier device for carrying articles with a linear motor, at least two shuttles among a plurality of shuttles are used in combination to form a primary operation group. One of the shuttles included in the primary operation group is made to be a primary master shuttle, and the others are made to be primary slave shuttles. The primary master shuttle is controlled at a position in a guide part. The primary slave shuttles are controlled at a relative position to the primary master shuttle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
