To provide a linearized thermistor which has linear resistance- temperature characteristics in a wide range.
Materials for a first and a second thermistors which are different from each other in characteristics are formed integrally without making them react on each other to equivalently constitute a parallel circuit composed of the first and second thermistors. Provided that a resistance value and a B constant of the first thermistor at the central temperature of linear resistance- temperature characteristics are represented by Rm and (a), respectively, and a resistance value and a B constant of the second thermistor at the central temperature of linear resistance-temperature characteristics are represented by Rc and (c), respectively; a combination of materials for the first and second thermistors is set so as to satisfy formulas, Rm.cRc.a... (1) and ca/10... (2). The obtained thermistor has a certain negative temperature coefficient within a certain range of temperature.
