Title:
LINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EXISTING PIPE LINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3426499
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lining construction method of an existing pipe line, in which the flow of drain is not hindered by forming a uniformly thick film by sufficiently ensuring a pressure required for pneumatic conveyance.
SOLUTION: In the lining construction method for conducting reclamation repair by coating the internal surface of the existing pipe line 2 with a resin liquid, a suction air-blasting device 5 is connected at one end in the laying direction of the existing pipe line 2 and the inside of the pipe line is kept in a negative pressure or a positive pressure, and the sectional area of a space constituting the passage of the resin liquid is made smaller than that of the inside of the existing pipe line and a core member 6 setting an opening between the core member 6 and the internal surface of the existing pipe line at a small value is arranged into the existing pipe line 2. The speed of pneumatic conveyance in the resin-liquid passage placed in the opening between the core member 6 and the internal surface of the pipe line when the pneumatic conveyance of the resin liquid is performed by an airflow from the suction air-blasting device 5 is made higher than the normal time, and the resin liquid can be applied extending over the whole region of the laying range of the pipe line 2.
