Title:
LINING METHOD OF INNER FACE OF EXISTING PIPING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3850423
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining method of an inner face of existing piping capable of preventing deterioration of workability caused by increased tube thickness for enhancing pressure resistance, and also preventing deterioration of pressure resistance caused by decreased tube thickness, which are common problems of conventional lining methods for repairing existing piping from inner faces by using lining tubes as coating materials inside pipes.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical net 2 and an uncured lining material 3 are used as a lining material of the inner face of the existing piping 1. The cylindrical net 2 is inserted from an opening of one end of the piping 1, and the uncured lining material 3 is poured inside the opening of one end of the cylindrical net 2 inserted in the piping 1. The lining tube 42 is inserted from the opening of one end of the cylindrical net 2 so that the uncured lining material 3 is pressed forward so as to fill into meshes of the cylindrical net 2 on the entire circumferential area. The pressure inside the lining tube 42 is maintained until the uncured lining material 3 is hardened. After the lining material 3 is hardened, the lining tube 42 is drawn out from the piping 1 so that a cured lining layer B with the cylindrical net is formed on an inner circumferential face of the piping 1.
