Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a pipe by providing an outer face roller and an inner face roller pinching a belt-like body and joining together the side edges, a joint mechanism part circumferentially rotating in a duct, and a plurality of annular guide rollers, and providing a guide part supporting the joint mechanism part and rotating while contacting with the inner face of the duct.
SOLUTION: The outer face roller 33b and the inner face roller 33a of a joint mechanism part 3 pinches a long belt-like body 6, and joins together the side edges so as to form a lining pipe 60. The lining pipe 60 is left in a duct, the joint mechanism part 3 moves circumferentially in the duct, and joins together and winds up the belt-like body 6 so as to add the lining pipe 60 to itself. At this time, guide rollers 42 are rotated while contacting with the inner face of the duct, accompanying the circumferential movement of the joint mechanism part 3. A guide part 4 supports the joint mechanism part 3, the outer face roller 33b does not contact with the inner face of the duct, and hence the joint mechanism part 3 can circumferentially move in the duct smoothly and manufacture a pipe.
