To scarcely damage a tube due to crack and to prevent a leakage of a liquid from the tube by forming a lining layer out of a layer having a high shape retentive performance and a layer having high elongation characteristics.
A lining layer 2 is formed of a lining layer forming tube A1 made of two of an A-layer 2A having high shape retentivity obtained by curing and shape retaining an epoxy resin and B-layer 2B having high elongation characteristics, and a boundary surface of the layer 2B brought into contact with the layer 2B is slightly adhered. When the layer 2 is formed on an inner periphery of a gas tube B, a surface of the layer 2A brought into contact with the surface B1 is previously impregnated with a shape retaining resin 1. Both the ends of the tube 1A are urged to an inner periphery of the tube B by a radially enlarging ring C mounted at an inside of the lining layer forming tube to seal between the tube 1A and the tube B.
