PURPOSE: To provide link fitting structure capable of adjusting simply the height of a link fitting part.

CONSTITUTION: An attaching pin 11 is fitted to a supporting bracket 10 upper part fitted to a torsion beam 1, and the end part of a link is pivoted on the pin 11. A bracket 10 is composed of a pair of wall parts 10a and 10b opposite to each other at a given interval in a body longitudinal direction and the upper plate part 10d connecting the pair of the wall parts 10a and 10b upper ends to be formed into an inverted U-shape. The brachet 10 is fixed in a condition where a wall part 10a lower end on the front side abuts on the front side upper part of a torsion beam 1 and also a wall part 10b lower end inner surface on the rear side is sliding contacted with the rear side surface of the torsion beam 1.
