PURPOSE: To provide a link pin seal device improved in order to ensure a required seal property by providing a packing to follow up to axial eccentricity of a pin.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of ensuring seal performance between a link 40 and a pin 50 by receiving an annular elastic packing 10 to annular space formed between the link 40 and the pin 50, the elastic packing 10 has an annular main unit 11. A lip seal part 12 and a lip-shaped protrusion part 13 are provided in an internal peripheral surface in a side of appearing in the pin 50 into close contact with this annular main unit, to support the lip-shaped protrusion part 13 from behind by integrally connecting an annular reinforcing ring 20 to the annular main unit and also to interpose an annular load ring 30 closely attached to both the link and the annular main unit therebetween.
