Masses 31a, 31b are set so that they are provided on both ends of a rod part 27, one of them is supported on a case side bracket 13 through bushes 33a, 33b, the other is constituted of collar parts 29a, 29b supported by a car body side bracket 37, the masses 31a, 31b for damping are provided at least on one of the collar parts 29a, 29b and principal axes of inertia of the masses 31a, 31b match principal axes of elasticity of the bushes 33a, 33b at least against a bending vibration mode in one direction of the rod part 27. Consequently, it is possible to position a section of the bending vibration mode of a Panhard rod 25 at centers C1, C2 of the collar parts 29a, 29b by such setting of the masses 31a, 31b and to extensively improve an oscillation transmission characteristic by the small masses 31a, 31b.
