This liposome pharmaceutical preparation is characterized as including the carboxylic acid derivative represented by the formula (I) [wherein, R1 denotes a substituted or an substituted lower alkyl or a substituted or an unsubstituted aralkyl; R2 denotes hydrogen atom, a substituted or an substituted lower alkyl or a substituted or an unsubstituted aralkyl; X1 denotes O or NH; and X2 denotes a bond, O-C(=O) or NH-C(=O)] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt in a liposome comprising a lipid as a constituent ingredient.
