To provide a lipstick production installation by which a lipstick element can be prevented from being damaged carelessly because the lipstick includes a structure stably fixing the lipstick element, and a sliding base in a lipstick element housing can effectively be engaged with the lipstick element.
The lipstick production installation mainly includes an elastic mold device. The elastic mold device has a molding hole for forming a shape of the lipstick element by being filled, and three or more bent members to be installed in the upper part of the elastic mold device by a movable method. When the bent members moves in the radius direction to face to each other, an opening is formed in the mold member to enable a lipstick material to be filled therein and to form a bottom part of the lipstick element. When the bent members are mutually separated, the lipstick element is exposed to enable the lipstick sliding base to be simply engaged with the bottom part of the exposed lipstick element at any time.
