Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insure easier manufacture of low positive pressure cans by constantly controlling a liquid level and a pressure in a reservoir tank to predetermined values and by downflow-filling or spray-filling a predetermined amount of liquefied gas stably into a container.
SOLUTION: The liquefied inert gas filling system has a liquid feed control means 50 for controlling a liquid feed control valve 41 to a liquefied inert gas reservoir tank 11 and a pressure control means 54 for controlling an exhaust control valve 44 to keep pressure in the reservoir tank constant, wherein the liquid feed control means 50 and the pressure control means 52 have their respective control outputs coupled so that they can be corrected from signals from the opposite control means.
