Abstract:
The invention provides a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method. This invention relates to a device for manufacturing liquefaction natural gas from raw material gas originated from synthetic natural gas synthesized from coke oven gas comprising: a cooling means for cooling raw material gas until at least a part of the raw material gas is liquefied; a rectification column for rectifying raw material gas at least a part of which is liquefied by the cooling means; a condenser for cooling distillated gas out of a top part of the rectification column, liquefying a part of the gas, discharging residual gas and returning the generated liquefaction component to the rectification column with liquid nitrogen being applied as refrigerant; and a control means for controlling a liquid surface position of refrigerant in the condenser during rectification at the rectification column. This invention also relates to a process of manufacture of liquefaction natural gas using the manufacturing device
