To provide a liquid coating apparatus at low cost which can realize very easy replacement, with a new member, of a roller surface part, that is, a member corresponding to a surface material, as a face of coating onto a coating object member, on which a liquid is deposited followed by coating onto the coating object member, and, at the same time, can realize simple stock management of a new surface member.

The liquid coating apparatus is a roller-type coating apparatus. An arm member 1 formed by bending a continuous rod-shaped or pipe-shaped member to a predetermined shape is provided. One end of the arm member 1 is used as a shaft part 8. A coating roller 3 is pivotably supported on the shaft part 8 so as to rotate the coating roller 3 and restrict the movement in a longitudinal direction. A grip 2 is mounted on the other end. The coating roller 3 is a tape-like roller.
