To provide a liquid composition which can obtain an image excellent in storage stability and discharge stability, is high in glossiness, and reduced in the unevenness of glossiness.
The liquid composition for the inkjet is characterized in that: the composition contains an ABC tri-block polymer which is constituted of an A block which is used together with an ink which contains pigment and has an aryl group, a B block including a unit expressed by a formula (1), and a C block including a unit expressed by a formula (2); an acid value of the polymer is not smaller than 20 mgKOH/g and smaller than 150 mgKOH/g; a ratio with respect to an acid value of the number average molecular weight of the polymer is not higher than 50 and not lower than 200; a ratio of the A block occupied in the polymer is not lower than 20.0 mass% and not higher than 80.0 mass%; and the ratio of the A block is not lower than 5 times and not higher than 15.0 times with respect to a ratio derivative from all acid monomers in the polymer.
