A liquid control apparatus 30 controls a spread of a liquid. The liquid control apparatus 30 has: a body 31 having an upper surface 31c onto which the liquid is supplied; and a mesh 47 woven into a mesh form and provided to contact the upper surface 31c. A heater that heats the upper surface 31c is provided in an interior of the body 31. A supply port is provided in the body 31 to supply the liquid from the interior to the upper surface 31c. A groove 41 is provided in the upper surface 31c to suppress spreading of the liquid from the supply port to a side opposite to the heater.
