This liquid cosmetic applicator is equipped with a cylindrical vessel 10 with the bottom, which has the opening upper end part and houses a liquid cosmetic inside, a cap 20 which is a lid attached to the upper opening end part of the vessel 10 to close the opening, and a brush shaft 30 integrated with the cap 20. Any of Japanese paper, cloth, and leather is adhered as decoration on the outside of the cap 20 and/or vessel 10. Decorated parts 21a, 22a, 11a of the cap 20 and/or the vessel main body 10 are constituted of the material itself of Japanese paper, cloth, or leather to produce mass feeling and touch feeling not obtained so far.
