Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which a dot reversal driving system is used, and power consumption and the size are reduced.
SOLUTION: In the device, the TFT3 of each pixel 6 is connected to one of source lines 1 that are arranged on both sides of the pixel 6. The TFT3 of an adjacent pixel 6 in the direction of the source line extension is connected to the other source line 1. The TFT3 of an adjacent pixel 6 located in the direction of gate line extension is connected to the source line 1 that is located in the same side looking from each pixel 6. Then, a source driver A4a is connected to one of the source lines 1. For all of these source lines 1, image signals of the same polarity are supplied. A source driver B4b is connected to the other source lines 1 and image signals having an opposite polarity are supplied to all of the other source lines 1.
