PURPOSE: To reduce cost by making the shape of a flexible printed circuit board on an input side connected to a liquid crystal display device small in the liquid crystal display device obtained by mounting plural LSIs on an LCD substrate.

CONSTITUTION: This liquid crystal display device 10 is constituted by respectively mounting the LSIs 21, 22 and 23 outputting a driving signal to a liquid crystal screen 13 on plural side parts of the substrate 12 of the LCD 11 having the liquid crystal screen 13 and connecting the flexible printed circuit board 30 inputting the signals in the respective LSIs 21, 22 and 23; and an electrode pattern for connection with the circuit board 30 is provided at one spot on the side part of the substrate 12 of the LCD 11, and a wiring pattern connecting the electrode pattern for connection and the respective input terminals of the LSIs 21, 22 and 23 is provided on the substrate 12 of the LCD 11.
