Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the display quality of the liquid crystal display panel from deteriorating by forming a conductive film on one or both of a scan bus line and a data bus line across an insulating film, and connecting them so that the same potential with an opposite common electrode is obtained. CONSTITUTION:The conductive film 10 of Cr, Ti, etc., is formed on one or both of the scan bus line 1 and data bus line 2 on a 1st substrate 5 across the insulating film 9 of SiN, etc., and connected so as to obtain the same potential with the common electrode on the other substrate 7 which is arranged opposite across liquid crystal 8. Consequently, the liquid crystal 8 between the conductive film 10 and a counter electrode is applied with no electric field, so that no DC voltage is applied. Consequently, the liquid crystal 8 on one or both of the scan bus line 1 and data bus line 2 is prevented from deteriorating and the display quality is prevented from deteriorating.
