PURPOSE: To correct the output resistance distribution of an IC and to improve uniform display characteristics with the liquid crystal display panel arranged with display pixels in a matrix form by inserting a resistance distribution into the signal wirings between a pixel display part and the driving IC.
CONSTITUTION: The resistance distribution is inserted into the signal wirings 3 between the pixel display part 15 and the driving IC by changing the length, thickness, width and shape of the signal wirings in order to correct the output resistance distribution of the driving IC 2. This distributed resistors are formed of the same material as the material of the signal wirings. Since the output resistance distribution of the driving IC2 is connected, the pixel potential to be impressed is kept constant regardless of terminal positions and good image quality having the excellent uniform display characteristics is obtd. Since the distributed resistors are formed of the same material as the material of the signal wirings, there is an advantage in that the production stages are not increased.
