Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device including an ink supply system which enables heat exchange with an ink at a stable temperature regardless of a flow rate of hot water circulated therein.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes: a head unit 70 which discharges an ink circulating in an ink circulation passage 81; a hot water tank 90 configured to store hot water circulating in a hot water circulation passage 82 and including: an inflow port 91 into which the hot water from the hot water circulation passage 82 flows and an outflow port 92 from which the hot water flows to the hot water circulation passage 82; a heat plate 93 which heats the hot water in the hot water tank 90; a heat exchange part 83 which conducts heat exchange between the ink circulation passage 81 and the hot water circulation passage 82; and a division plate 94 which divides an interior part of the hot water tank 90 into a first region including the inflow port 91 and the heat plate 93 and a second region including the outflow port 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
