There is no oxide film between the nozzle substrate 31 and the silicone resin layers which is the water repellency layers 32. On the other hand, on the surface of the wall 34a of the nozzle hole 34 of the nozzle substrate 31, a natural oxidation film or an oxide film 35 formed as an anti-liquid-contact film separately to improve the liquid contact property of the nozzle substrate 31 is formed.
