PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out safe applications to various kinds of chemicals by detachably mounting a liquid cassette so as to apply push-pressing motion of a push-pressing roller on an elastic tube, in a device formed in such a constitution that the elastic tube is push-pressed and closed by rotary motion of the push-pressing roller, and liquid having a constant rate is discharged.
SOLUTION: In a liquid discharging device 1 in a water hardness measuring device, a liquid cassette 3 is detachably mounted on a measuring device main body 2, an elastic tube 17 is push-pressed and closed while self-rotating a push- pressing roller 4 in association with rotating operation of a rotary driving shaft 5 by a motor 8 in the main body 2, and thereby, liquid reagent is discharged at a constant rate. The liquid cassette 3 is constituted by housing a liquid cartridge 20 provided with the elastic tube 17, a reserving body 18 in which reagent is housed, and a check valve 19 for preventing air from making reverse flow in the elastic tube 17 at the time of non-action of the push-pressing roller 4, and the liquid cassette 3 is set by inserting the discharging part 23 of a lower part into a liquid discharging operating part 10 in a condition in which the push-pressing roller 4 is evacuated on the position at the time of non-action.
