To suppress generation of foreign matter such as cut waste due to rubbing of a fixing fixture by a pressurization liquid chamber forming member by precisely forming the pressurization liquid chamber forming member, to prevent generation of joining failures by preventing entry of the foreign matter thereafter at the time of joining a nozzle plate or a vibrating plate to the pressurization liquid chamber forming member, and to prevent generation of liquid droplet discharging failures due to mixture of the foreign matter into a liquid flow path.
An inkjet head (liquid droplet discharging head) joins the vibrating plate to one plate face m of the pressurization liquid chamber forming member 45, and joins the nozzle plate to the other plate face n. A flat region 63 of a circle of a diameter 600 μm which has no uneven pattern 62 by etching is formed at the vibrating plate joining face of the pressurization liquid chamber forming member. At the time of transfer, the fixing fixture 64 is kept and retained in contact within the circle of the flat region, thereby firmly fixing the pressurization liquid chamber forming member.
