Abstract:

To solve the problem in which a recording medium injected with a dye ink is deformed and bent by heat from a heater.

A liquid ejector is characterized in that it includes: a first head which forms an image by injecting a dye ink from a nozzle to a conveyed recording medium; a second head which is situated on the downstream side of the first head in the conveyance direction of the recording medium and which forms the image by injecting the dye ink from a nozzle to the conveyed recording medium; a deformation suppressing part which is situated between the first and the second head in the conveyance direction and which suppresses deformation of the recording medium; and a heater which is situated on the downstream side of the deformation suppressing part, between the first and the second head in the conveyance direction and which radiates heat to the recording medium.
