Abstract:
To efficiently cool a head unit with less cooling fans.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device according to the present invention comprises: a head unit 50; a carriage 40; a cooling fan 80; and a duct 90. The head unit 50 includes a plurality of heat sinks 53L, 53R, 57L, 57R which radiate the heat generated by a drive circuit of an actuator. The carriage 40 stores at least a portion of the head unit 50 including the plurality of heat sinks 53L, 53R, 57L, 57R. The duct 90 comprises: a connection port 91 which is connected to an air blower port 82 of the cooling fan 80; a tubular flow channel 92 in which the air blown from the air blower port 82 to the connection port 91 flows; and a plurality of blowout ports 93A, 93B, 93C, 93D which are formed in the flow channel 92 so as to be opened toward each of the heat sinks 53L, 53R, 57L, 57R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
