Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid evaluation device which uses an interdigital con verter wherein a test liquid evaluated by measuring viscosity and electric characteristics of the test liquid.
SOLUTION: At both ends of facing side parts of a conductive thin film 2 attached on a piezoelectric substrate 1, reed-screen like electrodes are formed, respectively, and the both end electrodes on one side part are coupled with each one reed-screen like electrode of an input terminal 3 and an output terminal 4, and the both end electrodes of the other end part with the reed-screen like electrode of each the other terminal 5 and 6, respectively, and a square hole is formed between the other input terminal 5 and output terminal 6 of the conductive thin film 2, and a hole 7a of a silicon rubber 7 on which holes 7a and 7b are provided are attached so as to align with the hole of the conductive thin film 2. Over it, filling holes 8a and 8b of a liquid cell 8 are attached so as to align with the holes 7a and 7b of silicon rubber 7, thus an interdigital converter is constituted.
