PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head suppressing an increase in size and being capable of suppressing ingress of liquid, and further to provide a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a head main body 200 injecting ink from a liquid injection surface 20a; a holder member 210 having a first flow passage to the head main body 200; a flow passage member 240 having a flow passage 300 to the first flow passage of the holder member 210; a circuit board 220 electrically connected to the head main body 200; and a cover member 250 accommodating the circuit board 220 and the flow passage member 240. The cover member 250 includes: a seal portion 253 brought into contact with the holder member 210; and a rigidity portion 254 having a Young's modulus greater than that of the seal portion 253. The seal portion 253 and the rigidity portion 254 are formed by two-color molding. The seal portion 253 has contours accommodating the circuit board 220 and the flow passage member 240 in a plan view with respect to the liquid injection surface 20a and having a long side 253a portion intersecting with at least a first X-direction and forming an outermost side of the liquid injection head.
