PURPOSE: To form the joining part having high creep intensity by cleaning the joining face of a γ' reinforcing type Ni base heat resistant alloy member by ion bombard and performing the vacuum evaporation of a specific metal film.
CONSTITUTION: A γ' reinforcing type Ni based heat resistant alloy member is charged in an ion plating device and after exhausting in high vacuum high frequency voltage is impressed by leading in the Ar gas of high purity and the joining face is subjected to cleaning with the bombard of generated Ar ion. The metal film of Pd, Pt, Cr or Cr-Ni alloy is then formed with vacuum evaporation on this joining face and taken off from the ion plating device and liquid phase diffused joining is performed by pinching a brazing filler metal between the joining faces. The liquid phase diffused joining at the brazing time is thus performed in the state of no oxide existing and the creep intensity of the joining part is improved.
