PURPOSE: To sample serum without allowing the inclusion of blood-clot by lowering a tube forming a flexible flow passage provided with a suction part at the leading end in compliance with the descending speed of liquid level, and locking the tube according to liquid erasing detection.
CONSTITUTION: When the 1st, 2nd supporting tables 24, 26 lower integrally by way of a control circuit 46 and a tube guide 27 arrives at the opening of a vessel 14, only the table 26 stops. When a nozzle tip 12 arrives at the liquid level of serum 15 after this, the table 24 descends at the same speed as the descending speed of the liquid level of the serum 15 and the serum is sucked through a tube 11 forming a flexible flow passage. When the tip 12 arrives at the separating material between the serum 15 and blood-clot 17 and the erase of liquid level is detected, the descending of the table 24 is stopped, and the air sucked by the tube 11 is detected by electrodes 22a, 22b. The tube 11 is closed by a closing mechanism 25b. At the same time, the tube 11 is locked to the table 26 by way of a solenoid 33, and is prevented from oscillating, thereby preventing the suction of the blood-clot 16.
