PURPOSE: To carry out high damping in an axial direction by providing a liquid chamber on the outside of an elastic body between inner and outer cylinders, by providing a rigid baffle, the diameter of which is larger than the inner diameter, in the liquid chamber perpendicular to the axis, in such a way that the baffle can be loosely moved, and by providing a small gap part between the baffle part of the outer periphery in the liquid chamber and the outer cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A recessed part is provided on the outside of an elastic body 3 between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2, so as to form a liquid chamber 4, and a silicon oil is sealed therein. A rigid baffle 5 is provided in the liquid chamber 4, and is thinned in such a way that it can be easily moved in the axial direction, and the outer peripheral direction thereof is coated with the elastic body, so as to form a baffle part 7. The baffle part 7 and the elastic body 3 are linked together at a continuous part of an intermediate cylinder 9, and two restricted routes 10 are formed thereby. A thin gap part 8 is formed between the baffle part 7 and the outer cylinder 2, and since they are not abutted on each other, the responsibility to input is improved, and the input is caught by the baffle part which is loosely moved at an angle of certain range, and damping and dispersion are carried out thereby. High damping can thus be obtained to wide frequencies in the axial direction.
