Abstract:
To simplify a configuration of an enlargement displacement mechanism used for a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A liquid injection device comprises: a pressure chamber 13 communicating with a nozzle 12 and storing liquid; an actuator 20 changing a volume of the pressure chamber 13 and changing a pressure of the pressure chamber 13 by displacement; and an enlargement displacement mechanism 30 being disposed between the pressure chamber 13 and the actuator 20, enlarging a displacement amount of the actuator 20, and transmitting it to the pressure chamber 13. The enlargement displacement mechanism 30 comprises: an elastic material 35 elastically deformed by the displacement of the actuator 20; a storage chamber 31 housing the elastic material 35; and a partition wall part 32 partitioning the storage chamber 31 and the pressure chamber 13. The partition wall part 32 constitutes at least a part of a wall surface of the pressure chamber 13, and has a deformation part 33 deflected and deformed by receiving a pressure from the elastic material 35. An area of the deformation part 33 is smaller than an area of a portion receiving a pressure from the actuator 20 in the elastic material 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
