A positive electrode has an active substance composed of Li-Co series complex oxide particles satisfying 7≤20/(specific surface area X average particle diameter)≤9, granular electroconductive materials having particle size of 3 μm or more, granular electroconductive materials having particle size of 2 7 μm or less, or fiber electroconductive materials having aspect ratio of 3 or more and fiber diameter of 2 μm or less. Then, a solid electrolyte layer having the main components consisting of salt, mutually soluble solvent, and fluorine polymer having vinylidene fluoride as the main unit are intervened between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.
