CONSTITUTION: This system has a first input means 11 inputting transaction data by way of respective networks 2, a storage means 12 storing inputted transaction data, a second input means 13 inputting parameter information necessary for distributing transaction data, the updating means 14 updating the distribution information, the distributing table 18 storing the distribution information, a distributing means 15 distributing transaction data for each host in accordance with the distributing table, a first output means 16 outputting the transaction data to the respective host computers 4 and a second output means 17 outputting the result of distribution to an output device as statistic information.
