Abstract:
PURPOSE:To take out detection output in proportion to a change of the load by shaping outputs of both output terminals of a bridge circuit in which coils are incorporated to sine waves and eliminating the need to use an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When the load is acted, a couple of elastic plates 4 and 4 are bent and the tensile strain or the compressive strain takes place on a couple of amorphous sheet metals 3 respectively. Then, the magnetic permeability of the respective sheet metals 3 at the tension side and the compression side varies and in accordance with this, the impedance of the coils 21 and 22 at the tension side and the compression side varies. Then, a pulse signal with a prescribed period is inputted from an input terminal A and the outputs of both the output terminals Y and Z of the bridge circuit 27 which is formed of the coils 21 and 22 and two bridge resistances 24 vary. Wave-form shaping circuits 31 are connected with the terminals Y and Z respectively and the distorted wave-forms from the output terminals of the circuit 27 are shaped to the sine waves. Further, diodes 33 and smoothing capacitors 35 are connected with the circuits 31 respectively and the magnitude of the load is detected by a difference in a voltage value between the terminals Y and Z in accordance with the change of the impedance from an action of the load.
