The load-shift preventive device comprises an air panel 8 which is suspended from a ceiling 3 in a load accommodation space 2, disposed in a space between loads 5 arranged in the load accommodation space 2, provided with an air inlet/outlet 6 with a piping member 18 to supply/discharge air connected thereto, and inflated to a predetermined width when air is supplied inside to fill the space, and to hold and fix the load 5 by the surface, and a suspending means 9 to suspend the air panel 8 from the ceiling 3 of the load accommodation space 2.
