An upper frame 11 is mounted on steel frames 31, 32 with magnets 14. Plural belt-shaped flame resistant shade curtains 25 for windshield are horizontally arranged and mounted on the upper frame 11. Further, a lower frame 12 is mounted on the steel frames with magnets in a manner to cover the bottom of the plural curtains 25. A welding torch 23 of the local automatic welding device is equipped with the curtains 25 for covering the clearance generated by inserting the welding torch 23 between the plural curtains 25.
