Abstract:

To allow a mobile communication terminal to send and receive calls in the mobile communication terminal which can selectively operate in a public mode or a self-employed mode even when there is no vacant line of a public fixed communication network with which the self-employed base station can control in connection.

A management server 4 refers to a path information storage section 4a when receiving incoming call information for the mobile communication terminal 5-2 (procedure S1), and sends the incoming call information to a main device 3 via the fixed communication network 1 (procedure S2). The main device 3 sends a message for switching an incoming call path of the mobile communication terminal 5-2 into the mobile communication network 2 toward the management server 4 and the mobile communication terminal 5-2 when there is no vacant line with the fixed communication network 1 (procedure S3, 4).
