Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate lock release operation by operating the lock release energizing means of a lock device arranged aside a base isolation base at the time of occurrence of an earthquake, and releasing a holding condition at the lock position of a lock means so as to damp vibration energy.
SOLUTION: When an earthquake occurs and an alarm signal is outputted to an earthquake sensor, current is outputted to the solenoid 12 of a lock device 10, and a lock conditions released. Namely, a rod 22 is attracted by the solenoid 12, and the rod top end part 22a of the rod 22 fit and held in a holding groove 27 is slipped-off from the holding groove 27. The solenoid 12 is set to be in an off condition, a rotary shaft 24 and a push pin 25 are rotated in a clockwise direction by an extension spring 16, and the lower inner wall part of a long hole 26 is push-pressed. A lock pin 18 is instantly slid downward, it is slipped off from a fit-in hole 23a, a lock release condition is set. An upper frame is moved against the lower frame of a base isolation base, and vibration energy is damped by damping motion.
